Overwhelming Emotions & Ways to Cope

The Counseling Center is running an 8-week course starting on Tuesday, January 16th, from 7:00PM-8:00PM to help you better manage your mood, cope with overwhelming emotions, and build emotional resilience. We will begin by learning about the four pillars of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Cost is $120 for couples and $90 for individuals and childcare is provided. Space is limited to 20 people. We would love for you to join us, if you are interested, please sign up HERE.
